Return Policy

Our goal is to make your shopping at a worry-free experience. If the goods you received are damaged or have quality problems, you can return it for a full refund or a replacement - whichever you prefer.

Our quality control team inspect every item prior to shipping. If the items have already been damaged when you receive it, please keep it in the condition as possible as you can then contact us for a solution. Damage could happen in delivery and we can replace or refund to you.


* Custom orders, discounted items and special orders are not Refundable or Returnable.

Return Process
It is fast and convenient, with only four easy steps

Step 1:
Email us and inform us the basic information of your order: Date of your purchase, the irem(s) you bought and amount you paid. Tell us if you like to return or replace etc. Please send us the return request within 7 working days when you have received the package.

Step 2:
Our service staff will contact you within 48 hours to discuss the return details. This will include where to return and other details of return/replacement, please send back the package within 10 days.

Step 3:

  • Keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.

  • Pack the unsuitable item(s) back in their original packaging.

  • Place a copy of your despatch note into the parcel.

  • Remove the previously used delivery label from the parcel and make sure that the parcel is sealed securely.

If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use insured shipment for your return. Ship the return package to the address given by our service team.

Step 4:
The refund will be issued after the returned item is received, inspected and deemed acceptable for restocking by our quality control team. Refund or replacement will be arranged within 20 days upon items' arrival at our logistic center. If a item is deemed unacceptable for restocking, the returned item will be reshipped to the customer at the customer's expense. We do not offer any monetary compensation in the event that the customer requests the disposal of a returned item that is deemed unacceptable.

Cancelling an order before dispatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can only cancel orders within 24 hours after your purchase. You will need to give as your name and your order number.


* Our refund policy does not apply to items that are not in original condition or has any sign of wear or alternation. All goods must be returned in the condition they were sold, unworn and all labels intact. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care, do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, makeup or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
