HOW DOES YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?
We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. We use a network of couriers to deliver goods from Belonda.com to all over the world, and we allocate to best and most suitable shipping company, to make sure the item arrives at your address.

PRODUCT ITEMS
Most items on our site are in-stock and ready to ship. Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be shipped once the item is located, packed, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Items will be shipped within 2-3 days. We'll notify you by email when we ship your order.

SHIPPING
Shipping times are based on when your package leaves our respective distribution center.

  • We will ship your order via major postal services, including UPS and DHL. At this time we are unable to provide you with the option to specify your carrier of choice.

  • After we send your package, we will send you a notification by email.

  • Shipping time Europe: 5-10 days.

  • Shipping time USA: 5-10 days.

  • All other destinations: 5-10 days. 

  • We charge a flat fee of $12.50 for all international orders.

  • Free shipping for all orders above above $150.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Some international carriers provide tracking. Have a look at the confirmation email that tells you 'Your order is on its way'. If your order is trackable you’ll see the link there.


* Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
* If the delivery of your package is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of us or the shipping company, such as the re-routing of delivery based on mechanical difficulties, we will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges.
